  • We offer comprehensive, unlimited support across every part of your MBA application. From strategy and school selection to essays, interviews, and recommendations, we help you craft a standout application – including supporting you through waitlist decisions and scholarship negotiations, if needed.

    Package pricing:

    • 1 school = $7,700

    • 2 schools = $9,800

    • 3 schools = $11,800

    • 4 schools = $13,700

    • 5 schools = $15,500

    • 6 schools = $17,000

    • 7 schools = $18,500

    • 8 schools = $20,000

    • 9 schools = $21,500

    • 10 schools = $23,000

    Add more schools after your initial purchase*:

    • School two = $3,000

    • Schools three and four = $2,500 each

    • Schools five+ = $2,000 each

  • We offer flexible hourly support for candidates who want ad-hoc assistance with particular aspects of their MBA application. Whether it’s essay brainstorming, interview prep, school selection, or waitlist strategy, you can use your hours wherever you need them most.

À la Carte Services

  • For candidates seeking support on one MBA application. Includes:

    One 90-minute brainstorming session covering goals, personal narrative, and essay content development for your target school’s application.

    Two sets of strategic essay reviews, focused on structure, content, and high-level writing guidance. All essays must be submitted together for each review; exceptions may be made in real time if one essay genuinely needs to precede another. Post-interview components (e.g., HBS post-interview reflection, MIT essays) are excluded.

    Three "add-ons" chosen based on your individual needs:

    • Additional goal development session (60 minutes)

    • Second brainstorming session (60 minutes)

    • Resume development (two strategic reviews plus complimentary MBA Pathfinders Resume Guide)

    • Incremental essay review (one additional review set for your primary school)

    • School selection (60 minutes)

    • Second school essay brainstorm (60 minutes)

    Additional add-ons are available at $500 each

  • For candidates who are considering applying to MBA programs in a future application season. Includes:

    • Two brainstorming sessions

    • An MBA application roadmap

    • Four one-hour calls

    • A pricing guarantee if a comprehensive package is purchased the following application season

  • An expert review of your in-progress application for one school, giving you an outside perspective on your strategy, narrative, and essays at a moment when feedback can be most impactful.

    Submit your essays and resume at a natural midpoint in your process. We will provide a written assessment covering application strategy; narrative consistency; essay content and structure; and overall positioning, followed by a 45-minute call to discuss our findings and next steps.

    Includes:

    • Review of all submitted application materials for one school

    • Written assessment with strategic guidance

    • One 45-minute call

    The cost of this review may be credited toward a future engagement of $5,000 or more within the same application period.

  • For candidates who need help developing a waitlist strategy. Includes:

    • Advice specific to individual programs

    • Strategy development for one or two schools

    • Review of waitlist materials

    Includes up to two hours of live, written, or asynchronous support

  • We provide a comprehensive evaluation of your MBA application strategy and written materials. You will receive a detailed written report, along with a 45-minute call to review our findings and answer any questions.

    The cost of this package can be credited toward a comprehensive package for your next application round or season, though it is not applicable to hourly services. 

  • For candidates not ready to commit to a full package (e.g. still studying for the GRE / GMAT), our Early-Start option helps you begin preparing key components of your application strategy with minimal commitment. It includes:

    • One 90-minute goal and / or school focused brainstorming call

    • Three 60-minute goal and / or school focused coaching sessions

    • Up to four resume revisions

    The cost can be credited toward a comprehensive package within the same application season. This option is available for purchase through June 30, 2026 for Round One and September 30, 2026 for Round Two – and must be converted within three months.
